With the support from the Industrial Development Bureau (“IDB”) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (“MOEA”),AIBT continues to work with domestic partners and supply chain to excel in advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment for 5nm, 3nm and beyond to enhance Taiwan’s visibility and competitiveness in the semiconductor equipment industry.
In 2020 and 2021, AIBT received multi-year subsidies from IDB of MOEA to become a major supplier of global semiconductor ion implanters and increase the visibility of Taiwan’s self-manufactured semiconductor equipment on the international stage.
AIBT develops advanced semiconductor fabrication processes using low-energy, high-current ion implanters and has successfully introduced advanced semiconductor fabrication equipment for 5nm and beyond. AIBT’s ion implanters use sensors to measure current angle and intelligent software with adaptive control for compensation of angle accuracy. AIBT’s ion implanters feature exceptional manufacturing uniformity, cleanliness, and production capacity, and have been successfully certified by major semiconductor manufacturer in Taiwan.
